Product Overview
The PT087 Dynamic Flexison Tester is a self-contained benchtop instrument designed to evaluate the dynamic bending fatigue resistance of passport booklets, ID card booklets, and similar multi-layer document structures. It reproduces the repeated flexing motion that travel documents undergo during manual handling, automated readers, and wallet storage.
Equipped with a color touchscreen interface, operators can easily configure test parameters such as cycle count, frequency, and bending length. The system is also supplied with a 40 N static weight to support static-load bending tests, making the PT087 suitable for both dynamic fatigue and static deflection protocols.
Compact footprint of 550 x 370 x 550 mm, 52 kg net weight, and universal AC 100 - 230 V power make the PT087 easy to deploy in passport test labs and personalization centers.
