Standard issuers assume a flat 85.6 x 54 mm card that drops neatly through a feeder. Non-standard media breaks that assumption. This machine uses an adjustable transport and modular encoding head so it can handle thicker tokens, odd-shaped tags, and flexible substrates without a custom retrofit for every new SKU.

What "Issuing" Actually Includes

A complete issuing cycle here means reading the blank, encoding the contactless chip (UID write, NDEF or application data), printing or laser-marking a visible identifier, and verifying the result before ejecting. Each step is logged so every issued item is traceable to its batch and time stamp.

Events, access-control programs, and industrial asset-tracking rollouts frequently use non-standard media.
