Not every card fits the standard CR80 footprint. Loyalty tags, key fobs, wristbands, and industrial RFID tokens all need personalization, yet most issuing machines only accept rigid rectangular cards. The Zowinda Non-Standard Contactless Card Issuing Machine is built for exactly those awkward formats.
Standard issuers assume a flat 85.6 x 54 mm card that drops neatly through a feeder. Non-standard media breaks that assumption. This machine uses an adjustable transport and modular encoding head so it can handle thicker tokens, odd-shaped tags, and flexible substrates without a custom retrofit for every new SKU.
A complete issuing cycle here means reading the blank, encoding the contactless chip (UID write, NDEF or application data), printing or laser-marking a visible identifier, and verifying the result before ejecting. Each step is logged so every issued item is traceable to its batch and time stamp.
Events, access-control programs, and industrial asset-tracking rollouts frequently use non-standard media. Being able to issue those in-house, on demand, removes the lead time and minimum-order constraints of outsourcing, and keeps sensitive credential data inside your facility rather than at a third-party printer.
